At the heart of Rockledge, Martial Methods isn’t just a gym – It’s something deeply personal. I started my first location in 2016 as a mom with a mission: to share martial arts in a way that builds not just practical and quality skills, but confidence, personal development, and true purpose in every student meant for actual life. What began as a small, heartfelt plan is now growing into something truly special – a new unique space where families grow stronger together.
With our spacious training areas and 74-acre park right outside our doors, we’ve created a one-of-a-kind space where nature, movement, and community all meet through a martial arts lifestyle. As a parent, I know how much child development and confidence-building matters. That’s why our teachings for every class are with the same care and values I’d want for my own child. It’s really that simple.
We focus on kids and teens right now, and soon we’ll be adding self-defense and personal fitness training for adults as well. I’m so excited to expand what we offer for the whole family – for as young as ages 3 years old!

Since our start in 2016, we have created two Brevard martial arts locations, a transportation and care service for local families in Rockledge and Viera, and I had the chance to be casted in a recently released action film now available on streaming platforms like Amazon Prime Video alongside stars of martial arts film.
What matters most hasn’t changed: We’re still the same close-knit gym where you’re seen, supported, and cheered on every step of your way. Because here, you’re not just joining a gym – you’re joining a family and a team.
